This girder and beam bridge stretched across the Ohio River from Louisville, KY, to Indiana.	This vertical-lift draw bridge carries train tracks from Kentucky to Indiana. Note the counter-weight - the concrete block beneath the upright section.	This is a cantilever drawbridge over a canal in Michigan.
This beam and truss bridge used to carry U.S. Rte.80 across the Mississippi River from Louisiana to Vicksburg, MS.  Now it carries pedestrians while vehicles use the new bridge.	One of the suspension towers of the George Washington Bridge, carrying I.95 from New Jersey to New York City.	The Tappan Zee Bridge stretches across a very wide section of the Hudson River in southern New York.  The highway is I.287.
Stone-arch railroad bridge across the Susquehanna River at Harrisburg, PA.	Is this the causeway and bridge carrying US Rte.50 across the Chesapeake Bay?	The Verrazano Narrows Suspension Bridge connects Brooklyn to Staten Island.
